Quality
Clinical Solutions operate a Quality Management Systems and have been accredited to ISO9001 since 2003 and TickIT accreditation since January 2004. They have since been re-accredited to the revised ISO9001:2008 standard. The certificate covers Clinical Solutions whole product and services range and core competency of providing innovative technological solutions to health and social care industry both nationally and internationally.
URAC
Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) is an accreditation body in the United States that accredits healthcare organisations for clinical excellence. URAC is one of the largest accrediting body for healthcare and promotes continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery by achieving a common understanding of excellence among purchasers, providers, and patients through the establishment of standards, programmes of education and communication, and a process of accreditation.

Data Management Solutions
The Data Management Solutions Competency is designed for Gold Certified Partners that have proved their competency in deploying data warehousing, online analytical processing, data mining, decision support and in-depth reporting solutions. Specialisations within the competency are Business Intelligence and Database Management.
Advanced Infrastructure Solutions
The Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency is designed for partners with proven expertise in designing and/or implementing complex infrastructure solutions such as Active Directory® and Microsoft Host Integration Server-based design and deployment solutions, and Microsoft Exchange Server migration or deployment solutions. Because customers are increasingly asking to do more with less, partners with the Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency can identify their unique skill in helping customers access management solutions, improve operational efficiency and reduce security risks. Specialisations within the competency are Active Directory and Identity Management, Exchange Migration and Deployment, Hosting Solutions, System Management and Storage Solutions.
Networking Infrastructure Solutions
The Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency have proved their expertise in implementing technology solutions based on either the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 Server operating system, with a particular focus on Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 and Windows Small Business Server 2003. These implementations may include crafting solutions that connect Windows-based servers, PC locations and the Internet; installing a server farm; or building a small-business Windows Server stand-alone solution that includes file and print capabilities.
