Our original clinical content was created by clinicians for clinicians and over 60 million encounters have proven it to be safe in use. We provide symptom and problem based assessment tools for use by clinicians as they carry out clinical assessments in both call centre and face to face settings. In addition, our clinicians have adapted the content to create assessment tools to support non clinical staff as they fulfil their roles within patient encounters and also for patients themselves to self assess.
Using our content your staff will safely and consistently carry out safe, high quality assessments every time, following processes which you have put into place and which enable you to reach your desired outcomes.
The success of our content lies in the dedication and the experience of our clinical team who work closely with our customers to customise, maintain and develop our clinical assessment tools and to continually update them through our clinical governance processes, ensuring that it remains evidence based and current best practice.
Our clinical governance processes reflect those considered to be best practice within the NHS with research and risk management groups and a panel of external clinicians who contribute to and peer review our internal clinical decision making processes. Customer user groups bring additional expertise. We are currently working with URAC to accredit our clinical content and processes.
Our clinical team has many years of hands on experience in use of clinical decision support tools in different settings and our experience in working closely with existing customers enables us to develop high quality solutions which are the best fit for an individual customer’s needs. We have established customisation and change request procedures to support this process.
The innovative content management tools we use means that content can be readily and rapidly created or adapted to meets the needs of different clinical and operational models of service. So whether you want a tool for patients, non clinical staff or clinicians, no matter what the clinical service your model is designed to improve, we provide the content that will fit your needs.
