
Clinical Solutions adheres to industry standard Project Management processes which are utilised to provide planning, oversight and control of project activities. Our Project Managers are PRINCE2 certified.
Our Project Managers provide customers with a single point of contact to drive implementation of each project from the planning stage through to the full completion of a project. Our project management methodology is based around PRINCE2 principles, tailored to each individual customer’s project, and employ world class ISO 9001:2000 and TL 9000 certified processes. Each Project Manager is familiar with the Clinical Solutions solutions and the abilities of the Clinical Solutions Data Centre’s and services, this enables them to plan a project that optimises the implementation of the chosen solution and thereby minimise cost for the customer.
Each individual project is allocated a dedicated Clinical Solutions Project Manager to manage the appropriate resources, personnel and equipment required to deliver the solution. They will ensure that the solution is configured and tested to the parameters and timeframes agreed with the customer.
For each customer project, the Project Manager puts together a team of dedicated, skilled professionals from the start to ensure a successful project initiation, execution and implementation. The Project Manager takes full responsibility for every aspect of the project lifecycle from system design through to installation and handover to the customer. The Project Manager would also co-ordinate any data migration from previous systems that is required, and also be the liaison point with any 3rd party supplier whose system needs to integrate with the Clinical Solution provided solution.
The customer will have a single point of contact, keeping the project team well versed with regular feedback and progress; managing planning, risk and issues, change and configuration. At the end of the project, the Project Manager formally closes the project with the customer through a process of review and sign off ensuring all points have been delivered and areas for improvement or future change are identified and documented.
Our Project Managers have a wide range of experience from a UK, US and international customer perspective with a proven delivery track record, taking pride in delivering to the highest quality standards. They have commercial focus to maintain and manage project costs and aim to maximise the return on the customers’ investment in the solution.
The Clinical Solutions Project Team is not restricted to just projects involving the deployment of our solutions. They have a track record of providing oversight and also quickly assimilating the detailed project requirements of our customers, examples of this include; Site openings, moves and closures, Technical refreshes of aged equipment and software, and consolidation of systems and equipment. Using Clinical Solutions project resources for these typically one-off projects enables the customer to avoid recruiting and maintaining permanent, expensive resources thereby limiting their basics costs while still implementing the changes they need to respond to the needs of their organisation and markets.
