Training

Giving your employees the knowledge and skills to use the tools effectively, to enable them to gain maximum benefit from the software you invest in and deliver the outcomes you are committed to, is critical to your operation. That’s why at Clinical Solutions we have highly skilled trainers, both clinicians and non-clinicians, who will work with you to assess your training needs and develop bespoke training programmes and then train your employees on every aspect of using the solution.

Through our unique combination of hands-on training, via classrooms and e-learning, your employees will become highly skilled in the use of the Clinical Solutions applications and in offering patient assessment and consultation during their tailored training programme. We understand the need to ensure that your clinicians and employees follow best practice while at the same time maintain the highest levels of safety. That is why our comprehensive training process ensures that your employees will be able to use the Clinical Solutions application to consult with and assess patients in a safe and effective way.

To further provide for the integrity and safety of the training, our trainers will work one-on-one or in focused groups with our customers’ clinicians and call handlers during the initial start-up phase. This gives them the added degree of security that they have a coach who will be there to help with any areas they may be uncertain. This has been shown to improve the confidence of new clinicians to make the best decisions.

For larger organisations we offer a ‘Train the Trainer’ service. Clinical Solutions will trains the customer’s existing training teams (clinical and non clinical) to be able to train out the functional and clinical aspects of the solution themselves and enables the customers training team to co-ordinate and deploy the training to meet their objectives and standards. This cost effective option enables the customer to maximise their previous investment in their own training resources.

Our e-learning system and course creation/bespoking services are also available beyond our solutions. Our training team have a wide range of industry skills and have created induction courses, health and safety courses as well as courses around the Clinical Solutions application sets. The courses are produced in the universal SCORM standard and can be hosted from the Clinical Solutions Data Centres. The option also exists for the customer to host the e-Learning courses themselves should they have their own pre-existing SCORM compliant e-learning solution.
